What To Expect During Your Mobile Massage Session

Arrival & Setup
Nigel arrives on time with all professional equipment: table, linens, bolsters, and oils. Setup takes about 5 minutes. You choose the room where you feel most comfortable.

Consultation
Before your session begins, you will discuss:

  • Your tension areas
  • Any injuries or chronic discomfort
  • Desired pressure level
  • Your preferred massage style (relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, etc.)

This ensures the session is fully tailored to your needs.

During the Massage
You will be properly draped at all times. Only the area being worked on is uncovered. Your comfort is the priority—pressure and technique can be adjusted anytime.

Environment
Soft lighting and quiet surroundings are recommended. If you prefer your own playlist or silence, that’s perfectly fine.

After the Session
Nigel will step out while you get up slowly from the table. You can take a moment to relax, stretch, and ask any questions.

Post-Treatment Guidance
Depending on the session, Nigel may recommend:

  • Hydration

Card payments are processed securely through Square online or in person, as well as cash or e-transfer. Insurance receipts are issued immediately upon request.
